6. Restaurant operational data

The restaurant is responsible for the data it enters and manages as part of its daily operations, including any data relating to orders, tables, cash operations, employees or its own customers. Restaurant Service POS acts as a technical provider under the terms set out in the Data Processing Agreement.

Data will be retained while the contractual relationship remains in force and for the periods necessary for support, legal responsibilities, tax obligations or the defence of claims. It will subsequently be restricted or deleted where appropriate.
